TCPL, a transfersome with Tween 80 and PEI, enables efficient transdermal siNF‐κB delivery, resolving PEI's toxicity issue. It promotes lysosomal escape and effective transfection, silences NF‐κB, modulates immunity, and inhibits angiogenesis, alleviating psoriasis. With good biocompatibility, TCPL holds strong clinical translation potential. Schematic

Earth‐abundant metal‐ and non‐metal‐modified porous carbons offer a highly tunable platform for electrochemical CO2 reduction. This review shows how electronic interactions, active‐site coordination, pore architecture, and cooperative catalytic effects jointly govern intermediate stabilization, product selectivity, and device‐relevant CO2RR performance.

ABSTRACT Objective Chronic malnutrition, hypothermia, and hormonal imbalance in anorexia nervosa (AN) may impair capillary structure and perfusion. This study aimed to describe the nailfold videocapillaroscopy (NVC) findings in adolescents with AN and atypical AN (AAN), to assess their association with Raynaud's phenomenon (RP), and evaluate ...
