Machine Learning Based Multi‐Class Classification and Grading of Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Optical Microscopy

open access: yesMicroscopy Research and Technique, EarlyView.
Highlighting the need for efficient automated methods due to the complexity and subjectivity of manual analysis. Convolutional neural network model trained attained the highest classification accuracy of 98.23% in the classification of normal and cancer groups with a low miss classification rate among all grades of cancer.
