Improving the Generalized Password-Based Authenticated Key Agreement Protocol
2008 The 3rd International Conference on Grid and Pervasive Computing - Workshops, 2008Recently, Yeh et al. pointed out that the enhanced version of the generalized password-based authenticated key agreement protocol proposed by Kwon and Song is insecure against the off-line password guessing attacks. But, Yeh et al. did not propose an improved version of Kwon and Song's protocol. Therefore, this paper proposes an improvement of Kwon and

A privacy problem on Hu–Huang's proxy key generation protocol
Computer Standards & Interfaces, 2009A proxy signature scheme enables an original signer to delegate his signing capability to a proxy signer and then the proxy signer can sign a message on behalf of the original signer. Recently, several ID-based proxy signature schemes have been proposed. ID-based Cryptosystems (ID-Cs) are advantageous than the traditional Public Key Cryptosystems (PKCs)

Secure Applications of Pedersen’s Distributed Key Generation Protocol
2003Secrecy of private signing keys is one of the most important issues in secure electronic commerce. A promising solution to this problem is to distribute the signing function among multiple parties. However, a threshold signature scheme typically assumes that the shared signing function can only be activated by a quorum number of parties, which is ...

Security analysis of the generalized key agreement and password authentication protocol
IEEE Communications Letters, 2001We show that the enhanced version of the generalized key agreement and password authentication protocol, proposed by Kwon and Song (see IEICE Trans. Commun., vol.E83-B, no.9, p.2044-50, Sept. 2000), is insecure against off-line password guessing attacks.

Symmetric-Key Generation Protocol (SGenP) for Body Sensor Network
2018 IEEE International Conference on Communications Workshops (ICC Workshops), 2018Sensors of a Body Sensor Network (BSN) transmit messages over a non-secure wireless channel. Messages are encrypted using a secret key to attain privacy. In this paper, we propose Secret- key Generation Protocol (SGenP), assuming that all sensors are capable of capturing physiological signals.

Attribute-Based Authenticated Key Exchange Protocol with General Relations
2011 Seventh International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Security, 2011In this paper, we present a two-party attribute-based authenticated key exchange scheme for a wide class of relations, which are specified by non-monotone access structures combined with inner-produce relations. We prove the security of our scheme under the decisional linear (DLIN) assumption, without random oracle, in our ABCK model, which is a ...

Generic Algorithms and Key Agreement Protocols Based on Group Actions
2001We propose a Diffie-Hellman-like key agreement protocol based on the computational intractability of reversing group action. The concept of a group action generalizes exponentiation and provides an algorithmic problem harder than the discrete logarithm problem.

An Improvement of Generalized Key Agreement and Password Authentication Protocol
2010 International Conference on Multimedia Communications, 2010The Internet has been population, which it was implement information technology, to every enterprize, also changed their contact mode of information flow style. Since public key conception was proposed, it had authentication function to secure while they are communication, and defense the data to leak based on stranger. In this article, we presented an
