Study on the Mechanism of Intense Strata Behavior and Control Technology for Goaf-Side Roadway in Extra-Thick Coal Seam

open access: yesApplied Sciences
With the depletion of shallow coal resources, deep extra-thick coal seam mining has become vital for energy security, yet fully mechanized top-coal caving (FMTC) goaf-side roadways face severe challenges of excessive advanced deformation and intense ...

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

A novel short‐wall caving zone backfilling technique for controlling mining subsidence

open access: yesEnergy Science & Engineering, 2019
Mining‐induced voids are the main circulation pathways for underground fluids such as water and coalbed methane. The collapse of these voids transmits to the ground surface, resulting in subsidence and building collapse.

Development path and key technology analysis of shaft and tunnel construction in deep stratum with high temperature

open access: yes工程科学学报, 2022
The joint exploitation of deep mineral and geothermal resources strategy provides an effective way to realize the economic exploitation of “resources-thermal” and achieve a win-win situation. The technology for deep high-temperature stratum shaft and roadway construction is an important support and guarantee for the safe and efficient implementation of

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Thurston's pullback map on the augmented Teichm\"uller space and applications

open access: yes, 2011
Let $f$ be a postcritically finite branched self-cover of a 2-dimensional topological sphere. Such a map induces an analytic self-map $\sigma_f$ of a finite-dimensional Teichm\"uller space.

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Disaster-inducing mechanism of the movement of high-position combination cantilever plate structures in non-uniform and extra-thick coal seam mining

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua
The mining of non-uniform and extra-thick coal seams significantly affects the roof breaking structure in the mining field, which greatly impacts the mining pressure behavior in the working face.

Linear manifolds in the moduli space of one-forms

open access: yes, 2007
We study closures of GL_2(R)-orbits on the total space of the Hodge bundle over the moduli space of curves under the assumption that they are algebraic manifolds.

Differential expression of cancer‐related genes supports prediction of poor response to first‐line treatments in T‐ALL pediatric patients with high minimal residual disease

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...
