Survival of Koi Herpesvirus (KHV) in Environmental Water
茨城県霞ヶ浦の湖水および底泥, 神奈川県鶴見川水系6地点および函館市内3河川5地点より水を採取し, KHVの環境中における生存性を培養細胞を用いて評価した。KHVの感染価は, 無処理の試料水中および底泥中ではウイルスを添加して3日以内に検出限界以下となったが, オートクレーブ滅菌またはろ過滅菌した試料中では, 比較的安定であった。また, 環境水中から抗KHV活性を有する細菌が分離された。これらの結果から, 宿主が存在しない環境水中でKHVは比較的速やかに不活化することが示された。 The survivability of koi herpesvirus (KHV) in environmental water and sediment was evaluated using CCB cells ...
