Optimization of B Cell Responses in Human Immune System Mice Through Organoid Based Screening
Human immune system (HIS) mice show limited B cell responses to immunization. Using HIS mouse spleen organoids, this study identifies cytokine combinations and innate immune signals that drive human B cell expansion, differentiation, and class‐switch. Applying these signals in vivo through temporal separation enables antigen‐specific IgG responses and ...

Expression of Progestrone Receptor and Proliferative Marker ki 67, in Various Grades of Meningioma [PDF]
Meningiomas are slow-growing neoplasms which recur locally, their morphologic grading is simple but do not always correlate with patient outcome. The aim of present study is to evaluate the status of progesterone receptor (PR) and proliferation marker ...

We establish a tBid‐mediated cell ablation system in axolotls, achieve rapid and efficient ablation of multiple cell types, including muscle stem cell, spinal cord cell, and connective tissue (CT) cells. We investigate the role of CT using tBid‐mediated CT ablation and identify its essential role for limb development and regeneration.

FAK signaling drives chemoresistance and tumor evolution in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The FAK inhibitor IN10018 restores gemcitabine sensitivity by inducing SLC7A11‐mediated ferroptosis through the PI3K‐Akt pathway and remodeling the tumor microenvironment, reducing mesenchymal components while enhancing CD8+ T‐cell infiltration in preclinical ...

A novel resistance mechanism is mediated through phagocytosis of cancer cells by AR+ TAMs. This process, dependent on ANXA2, enables macrophages to acquire AR protein from engulfed tumor cells. The internalized AR translocates into the macrophage nucleus, where it binds directly to the IL‐6 promoter, augmenting IL‐6 transcription and secretion ...

Dual priming with minocycline and photodynamic priming reprograms the pancreatic tumor microenvironment to overcome chemoresistance. By suppressing DNA repair enzyme Tdp1, inducing photooxidative damage, and enhancing irinotecan delivery via light‐activated nanoencapsulation, this strategy remodels the tumor microenvironment and drives immune ...

Immunohistochemical evaluation of p53 and Ki-67 proteins in colorectal adenomas
CONTEXT: The appearance of adenomas and their progression to adenocarcinomas is the result of an accumulation of genetic changes in cells of the intestinal mucosa inherited or acquired during life.
