Designing Programmable Peptide Nucleic Acid‐based Nanovaccines for Anticancer Immune Activation

This study introduces a first‐of‐its‐kind peptide nucleic acid‐based vaccine nanoplatform (PVN) for precision cancer immunotherapy. PVN enables programmable, enzyme‐resistant, and targeted delivery of antigens and adjuvants, enhancing antitumor immunity.
