SELECTION AND EVALUATION OF A NEW KIWIFRUIT ROOTSTOCK HYBRID FOR BACTERIAL CANKER RESISTANCE

Acta Horticulturae, 2015
Bacterial canker, caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae (Psa), is a serious disease of kiwifruit (Acitinidia) worldwide. The aim of this study is to evaluate the rootstock for resistance to Psa. A new rootstock (YZ310) was obtained by crossing between QM91136 (female) and SX45872 (male).
