Latar Belakang: Hiperkolesterolemia merupakan salah satu faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular yang berkontribusi terhadap tingginya angka morbiditas dan mortalitas di dunia. Perubahan pola makan masyarakat, khususnya peningkatan konsumsi lemak jenuh, menjadi salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam peningkatan kadar kolesterol total.
