Safflower is susceptible to fungal infection, while research on its disease‐resistant genes remains scarce. CtTLP13, which is localised in safflower EVs, was identified by GWAS and multi‐omics analyses. Its antifungal activity was validated through both in vivo and in vitro assays, and safflower EVs themselves exhibit antifungal capacity.

Lightweight prosthetic sockets constructed using auxetic meta‐structures can help reduce physical discomfort when compared to a similar lightweight socket featuring a nonauxetic meta‐structure. The chiral auxetic meta‐structured sockets demonstrated better contact pressure profiles at the interface between the socket and the residual limb.
