Coulometric Titration of L-Ascorbic Acid
張する目的で,クーロン滴定法によるアスコルビン酸の微量定量を行い,実験条件に検討を加えた。ヨウ素,臭素のいずれを用いてもpH3~5の滴定液中で滴定操作を行えば良好な結果が得られ,メタリン酸酸性の滴定液中で最もよい結果が得られた。アスコルビン酸の定量には酸素の影響を無視することができないので,滴定液中の溶存酸素は窒素を用いて除去し,さらに窒素気中で滴定を行う必要がある。なお,終点の決定には電流測定法を用いた。アスコルビン酸は還元剤として用いられるので,メタリン酸酸性の滴定液中で一定量のアスコルビン酸にクロム(VI)を加え反応させたのち,過剰なアスコルビン酸をクーロン滴定法で定量することによって,微量クロムの定量を行い,満足すべき結果を得た。このときクロムの数十倍以上の鉄(III)が共存しても,鉄 ...
