L-Dopa in the Treatment of Parkinsonism
Gerontologia Clinica, 2009 L-dopa is not the cure for parkinsonism, but it is the best drug available so far. All of our patients had other drugs before and they made further improvement on L-dopa. Toxic reactions appeared to be dose-dependent, but the patients did well on the optimum dosage (between 4 and 5 g daily in our series).openaire +2 more sourcesl-Dopa
