In vitro and in silico modelling of ROS1‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer reveals fusion‐dependent tyrosine kinase inhibitor responses

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

ZW4864‐mediated inhibition of the β‐catenin/BCL9/BCL9L complex reveals therapeutic potential in bladder cancer

L-mode-Edge Negative Triangularity Tokamak (NTT) Reactor
アジア太平洋物理学会連合、プラズマ物理部門の第２回年会において、Lモード端を持った負三角度トカマク核融合炉について口頭発表を行う。最近のDIII-Dの実験によって炉で必要となるHH=1.2, N=2.6のLモード端を持った高閉じ込め性能が得られたことから、熱・粒子制御性能に優れたLモード端を持った核融合炉概念が注目されている。特に、閉じ込め特性の改善HH=1.5によって、炉の主半径を9mから7mにコンパクト化できることを示す。 2nd Asia-Pacific Conference on Plasma Physics（AAPPS-DPP 2018）
