Yeast ribosomal protein L26 is located at the ribosomal subunit interface as determined by chemical cross-linking

Biochimie, 1998
Previous studies suggested that yeast ribosomal protein L26 was a candidate for the ribosomal subunit interface region. The present study used protein-protein cross-linking to identify neighboring proteins in intact 80S ribosomes of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Anti-N-Terminal CD20 Monoclonal Antibody and L26 Dual Staining Identifies An Irreversible Resistant Mutant Genes

open access: closedBlood, 2010
Abstract Abstract 4145 [Introduction] Recently, we reported that gene mutations of CD20 were involved in resistance to rituximab therapy, and we proposed that C-terminal deletion mutations of CD20 might be related to relapse/resistance after rituximab therapy.

Survival of probiotic strain Lactobacillus paracasei L26 during co-fermentation with S. cerevisiae for the development of a novel beer beverage

Food Microbiology, 2019
Amidst the rising popularity of craft beers, it would be opportune to develop a novel, unfiltered and unpasteurized sour beer with high probiotic live counts. However, as beer typically contains hop iso-α-acids that prevent the growth and survival of probiotic lactic acid bacteria, the use of suitable fermentation strategies is crucial. The growth, and

Antibody L26 recognizes an intracellular epitope on the B-cell-associated CD20 antigen.

open access: closedThe American journal of pathology, 1990
Monoclonal antibody L26 is a highly selective marker of B cells and B-cell neoplasms in paraffin-embedded tissues, but it suffers from the drawback that the target molecule has not been identified. In this paper we provide evidence by two independent techniques that antibody L26 recognizes an intracellular epitope on the CD20 antigen (a pan B-cell ...

Molecular cloning of ribosomal protein L26 (RPL26) cDNA from Ailuropoda melanoleuca and its potential value in phylogenetic study

open access: closedBiochemical Systematics and Ecology, 2007
The cDNA fragment of ribosomal protein L26 (RPL26) was cloned from Ailuropoda melanoleuca using RT-PCR method. The cDNA fragment is composed of 475 bp, containing an open reading frame of 145 amino acids. Alignment analyses indicated that the nucleotide sequence and the deduced amino acid sequence showed high identity to other known RPL26 sequences ...

Utjecaj probiotičkog soja Lactobacillus paracasei L26 i transglutaminaze na svojstva čvrstog jogurta

open access: closed, 2008
