Infrared Spectroscopy of Brown Dwarfs: the Onset of CH4 Absorption in L Dwarfs and the L/T Transition [PDF]
, 2001 We present infrared spectra of brown dwarfs with spectral types from mid L to T. The 0.9–2.5 μm spectra of three dwarfs found by the Sloan Digital Sky Survey contain absorption bands of both methane and carbon monoxide and bridge the gap between late L and previously observed T dwarfs.

Advanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.Bayesian optimization enabled the design of PA56 system with just 8 wt% additives, achieving limiting oxygen index 30.5%, tensile strength 80.9 MPa, and UL‐94 V‐0 rating. Without prior knowledge, the algorithm uncovered synergistic effects between aluminum diethyl‐phosphinate and nanoclay.

Controlling the Helicity and Handedness of Polyaromatics with Isobenzofuranophane
Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.Isobenzofuranophanes are introduced as helical synthons that enable late‐stage helicity induction and control in polyaromatics. This remote tethering approach allows precise control over the handedness and pitch of [5]helicenes via the tether length, inducing significant molecular distortion and affecting chiroptical properties.
