Ex vivo treatment with BGP‐15 promotes follicular activation and gene regulation (Sirt1, Sirt3, NAMPT, Pten, Amh). After transplantation, BGP‐15 reduces atresia and collagen deposition, stimulating follicular growth, survival, and neoangiogenesis at timepoints of 6 and 22 days post‐transplantation.
