Graphical Abstract: Pregnant Karya and Konya Merino ewes display similar pregnancy‐associated glycoproteins (PAGs) profile. Serum PAGs levels increased gradually in both breed during first 11 weeks of pregnancy. Pregnant and non‐pregnant ewes can be differentiated as of the fourth week of gestation based on serum PAG levels.
