Extramedullary plasmacytoma arising from the lacrimal gland

Intraocular lacrimal gland choristoma

Ectopic lacrimal glands are rare, particularly intraocularly. We present the case of an infant who presented with a fleshy, vascular intraocular lesion and subsequently developed secondary glaucoma.
