Advanced Sensor Research, Volume 5, Issue 10, October 2026.High‐frequency cortisol profiling reveals that endocrine responses depend strongly on both stressor type and the individual. Circadian sampling shows a consistent morning‐to‐evening decline, while cold exposure elicits delayed rises and exercise and cognitive challenges produce divergent trajectories.
