SR‐A3 Promotes USP18‐Mediated deISGylation of STING to Protect Against Myocardial Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MI/RI is a major clinical challenge with high morbidity and mortality. This study demonstrates that SR‐A3 expression is downregulated in MI/RI, and its deletion exacerbates damage via the USP18/ISG15/STING axis, revealing SR‐A3 as a potential therapeutic target.

EBV‐Driven ODC1 Upregulation Enhances Polyamine Anabolism to Promote Viral Replication and Cisplatin Resistance in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
EBV‑BZLF1 initiates ODC1‑driven polyamine anabolism that correlates with poor clinical prognosis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The ODC1–spermidine axis promotes viral replication, cell proliferation and innate immune evasion. Pharmacological inhibition of ODC1 rescues cisplatin sensitivity, establishing ODC1 as a viable therapeutic target for EBV ...

Effect of age and stage of lactation on the simple and partial correlations between the yield and the percentages of fat and protein of cow’s milk

open access: yesAgricultural and Food Science, 1967
Coefficients of simple and partial correlations between the milk yield and the percentages of fat and protein in milk were calculated separately for the first-calvers and older cows during the early period of lactation (5—39 days post partum), during a ...

Lipid profile analysis of donkey milk during the lactation

open access: yesFrontiers in Nutrition
IntroductionFrom ancient times, donkey milk (DM) has attracted much attention due to its particular properties. Donkey milk is characterized by a high level of lactose and low levels of protein and fat.

Lactate‐Induced K370 Lactylation of STING Inhibits STING‐TBK1 Signaling and Dampens Anti‐Tumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lactate accumulation in glioblastoma drives lactylation of STING at lysine 370, a primate‐conserved residue. K370 lactylation weakens STING‐TBK1 binding, destabilizes STING, and disrupts ER‐to‐Golgi trafficking, blunting type I interferon signaling. LDHA inhibition reverses K370 lactylation and improves the antitumor efficacy of STING agonism combined ...

ROS‐Responsive Eye Drop for Controlled Release of 20‐Deoxyingenol Improves Diabetic Corneal Healing by Activating Macrophage Autophagy and Metabolic Reprogramming

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic illustration of ROS‐responsive TSPBA‐PVA microspheres loaded with 20‐deoxyingenol (TP/20‐DOI) for diabetic corneal wound healing: (a) fabrication and ROS‐triggered release; (b) autophagy activation and metabolic reprogramming in macrophages; (c) suppression of macrophage‐derived CXCL3/CXCL5, attenuation of neutrophil infiltration, and ...
