Generation of Optical Quasiparticles with Spin–Orbit Conversion in a Single Q‐Plate
Spin‐Orbit conversion approach with a q‐plate for generating optical quasiparticles. ABSTRACT In this work, we detail a novel approach which can be used for the generation of optical quasiparticles. This process leverages both spin‐orbit conversion control with wavelength de‐tuning in a commercially available q‐plate.

Geometria de Laguerre e hipersuperfícies de Dupin com curvaturas de Laguerre constantes em Rn+1
In this work, we present the results studied in Caixeta e Rodrigues [4]. Initially, we studied the geometry of the oriented spheres in Rn+1 based on the work of Cecil [1], and the Laguerre geometry in the Euclidean space, according to the article by Li e

Fractional Orbital Angular Momentum Sorting Using Wind Spiral Transformation
A wind‐spiral coordinate transformation enables mode sorting of fractional‐order orbital angular momentum (OAM) states, overcoming the limited channel count of conventional integer only sorters. Fractional OAM is mapped into a controlled superposition of integer modes, producing distinctive multi‐peak signatures for discrimination.

Laguerre geometries and some connections to generalized quadrangles
A Laguerre plane is a geometry of points, lines and circles where three pairwise non-collinear points lie on a unique circle, any line and circle meet uniquely and finally, given a circle C and a point Q not on it for each point P on C there is a unique ...

Diffractive Optical Neural Networks: Pathways Toward Intelligent and Scalable Photonic Computing
Diffractive optical neural networks (DONNs) are emerging as a transformative paradigm for photonic computing, offering massive parallelism, ultrafast inference, and passive low‐power operation. This review traces the evolution of DONNs from free‐space to on‐chip implementations, highlights advances in reconfigurability and multidimensional modulation ...

On Harmonic Analysis Operators in Laguerre-Dunkl and Laguerre-Symmetrized Settings
We study several fundamental harmonic analysis operators in the multi-dimensional context of the Dunkl harmonic oscillator and the underlying group of reflections isomorphic to Zd2. Noteworthy, we admit negative values of the multiplicity functions.

Some constructions of divisible designs from Laguerre geometries
In the nineties, A.G. Spera introduced a construction principle for divisible designs. Using this method, we get series of divisible designs from finite Laguerre geometries. We show a close connection between some of these divisible designs and divisible designs whose construction was based on a conic in a plane of a 3-dimensional projective space.

Quantum Dust Cores of Black Holes and Their Quasi‐Normal Modes
We investigate the quasi‐normal mode spectrum of a gravitationally collapsed ball of dust, considering both a linear and a refined parabolic effective mass function for the quantum core. Furthermore, we account for the quantum leakage of dust particles outside the horizon.

Ruled Laguerre minimal surfaces
A Laguerre minimal surface is an immersed surface in ℝ 3 being an extremal of the functional ∫ (H 2/K-1)dA. In the present paper, we prove that the only ruled Laguerre minimal surfaces are up to isometry the surfaces ℝ (φλ) = (Aφ, Bφ, Cφ + D cos 2φ) + λ ...
