Analysis of Discretionary Lane Changing Parameters on Freeways

open access: yesInternational Journal of Transportation Science and Technology, 2014
A lane changing event, at the instant when a vehicle crosses the lane marker, involves up to five vehicles: the subject vehicle, preceding and following vehicles in the original lane, and the preceding and following vehicles in the target lane ...

CA9‐Targeted PET Imaging for Noninvasive Discrimination of Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma and Associated Tumor Biological Features

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CA9‐targeted PET imaging could be a noninvasive approach to characterize clear cell renal cell carcinoma and associated tumor biology. PET uptake correlates with tumor CA9 expression and is linked to angiogenic activity, immune remodeling, and metabolic reprogramming.

Molecular Dynamics‐Guided Sterol Engineering of mRNA‐Lipid Nanoparticles Reprograms Biodistribution and Enhances Spleen‐Selective Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Sterol engineering enables precise control of mRNA lipid nanoparticles by tuning membrane organization. Replacing cholesterol with bile acid‐derived sterols redirects protein expression from the liver to the spleen. Notably, CA‐20 LNP enhances antigen‐specific immune responses while exhibiting a favorable safety profile, highlighting sterols as a ...

Analysis of Highway Vehicle Lane Change Duration Based on Survival Model

open access: yesBig Data and Cognitive Computing
To investigate highway vehicle lane-changing behavior, we utilized the publicly available naturalistic driving dataset, HighD, to extract the movement data of vehicles involved in lane changes and their proximate counterparts.

Pasta, a Versatile Transcriptomic Clock, Maps the Chemical and Genetic Determinants of Aging and Rejuvenation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Pasta is a transcriptomic aging clock built on an age‐shift learning framework and trained on 17 000 samples across 21 datasets. It accurately predicts relative biological age across tissues, platforms, and species, captures stemness‐to‐senescence transitions, and identifies age‐modulatory perturbations.

Information Categorization Based on Driver Behavior for Urban Lane-Changing Maneuvers

open access: yes, 2011
During recent years, transportation researchers have developed various algorithms to model lane-changing behavior on highways and urban streets. However, most of these models were derived and validated using data such as vehicle trajectories, with no ...

The effects of lane-changing on the immediate follower : anticipation, relaxation, and change in driver characteristics [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
This paper investigates the effects of lane-changing in driver behavior by measuring \ud \ud (i) the induced transient behavior and \ud (ii) the change in driver characteristics, i.e., changes in driver response time and minimum spacing.

Aberrant GRP78 Phase Transition Sustains Endothelial IRE1α Signaling and Drives Blood–Brain Barrier Failure in Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Vascular Aβ40 corrupts GRP78 phase behavior in brain endothelial cells, sustaining IRE1α–TRAF2–JNK signaling and driving apoptosis, tight junction loss, and blood–brain barrier failure in cerebral amyloid angiopathy. Pharmacological IRE1α inhibition restores vascular integrity, reduces leakage, and improves functional outcomes, revealing a targetable ...
