Ecological trends in moth communities (Geometridae, Lepidoptera) along a complete rainforest elevation gradient in Papua New Guinea

Cell death and wing reduction during the metamorphosis of sex‐specific flightless morphs in winter geometrid moths

This study investigates the developmental processes that lead to wing reduction and vestigial wing morphology in winter geometrid moths. Our findings suggest that the extent and location of cell death in pupal wings contribute significantly to the patterns of wing reduction in moths.

The mitochondrial genomes of the Geometroidea (Lepidoptera) and their phylogenetic implications

In this study, we determined nine mitochondrial genomes for the Geometridae for the first time. A tRNA gene rearrangement was recognized in S. indicataria, which represents the first gene rearrangement reported for Geometroidea and is also unique in Lepidoptera.
