Comparison between Laser-Photocoagulation and Xenon-Photocoagulation
1973Since 6 years we have experience with different types of rubin-lasers. We have used the instrument of Keeler and were not content with it. The threshold between a normal clinical reaction and overdosage is very small so that explosive reactions with a hemorrhage or a gas-bubble in the centre are quite common.
