Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

PEMODELAN TINGKAT INFLASI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN MARKOV SWITCHING AUTOREGRESSIVE CONDITIONAL HETEROSKEDASTICITY [PDF]
The degree of disease dengue patients in early at the hospital is latent or unknown directly. Therefore it needs an indicator variables such as the examination of hematocrit, leukocytes and platelets to classify patients with dengue fever into classes ...

We investigated the toxicity of 12 active compounds commonly found in herbal weight loss supplements (WLS) using human liver and colon cell models. Epigallocatechin‐3‐gallate was the only compound showing significant toxicity. Metabolic profiling revealed protein degradation, disrupted energy and lipid metabolism suggesting that the inclusion of EGCG ...

Stability of cosmological detonation fronts [PDF]
The steady state propagation of a phase transition front is classified, according to hydrodynamics, as a deflagration or a detonation, depending on its velocity with respect to the fluid.

Obesogenic Family Types Identified through Latent Profile Analysis [PDF]
Obesity may cluster in families due to shared physical and social environments. This study aims to identify family typologies of obesity risk based on family environments.Using 2007-2008 data from 706 parent/youth dyads in Minnesota, we applied latent profile analysis and general linear models to evaluate associations between family typologies and body ...

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.

The effect of mark enhancement techniques on the presumptive and confirmatory tests for blood [PDF]
An investigation into the effects of physical and chemical enhancement on subsequent presumptive and confirmatory tests for human blood is presented. Human blood was deposited onto porous (white 80gsm paper and brown envelope) and non-porous (tile and ...

Higher Amyloid and Tau Burden Is Associated With Faster Decline on a Digital Cognitive Test
ABSTRACT Objective A 2‐min digital clock‐drawing test (DCTclock) captures more granular features of the clock‐drawing process than the pencil‐and‐paper clock‐drawing test, revealing more subtle deficits at the preclinical stage of Alzheimer's disease (AD). A previous cross‐sectional study demonstrated that worse DCTclock performance was associated with
