Misfit Strain Relaxation in Lattice-Mismatched YBa2Cu3O7-δ/MgO Heterostructures
1992Anomalous misfit strain relaxation was found in the large lattice-mismatched YBa2Cu3O7-δ /MgO heterostructure system. No breakdown of the lattice coherency along the growth direction was found in X-ray diffraction independently of the critical layer thickness hc (~12A).
