Establishing a Multidisciplinary Medical Imaging Clinical Educator Team Across a Large Tertiary Health Network: A Workforce Education Model

A multidisciplinary clinical educator team was implemented across a large tertiary medical imaging network to improve workforce education consistency and credentialing. Early evaluation demonstrated increased engagement, structured training adoption, and improved staff confidence (Kirkpatrick Levels 1–2) with emerging behaviour change indicators.
