Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Homework and Finance Students' Learning and Achievement

Abstract I analyze the homework and exam results of a sample of Master’s students that took an advanced finance class in Switzerland. I document that homework-specific students’ effort enhances their achievement in the final exam. A one-point increase in students’ homework grades increases their exam scores by 0.22 points, other things equal. Placebo
