Neutral effects of low‐intensity dog training on northern bobwhite vital rates
Indirect effects of hunting can lead to changes in population dynamics, which can be caused by trait‐mediated effects such as, but not limited to, changes in behavior, reproduction, and physiological responses. Our understanding of the effects of activities associated with hunting such as dog training may incur trait‐mediated effects, and ultimately ...

Seasonal variation in wild pig (Sus scrofa) diet revealed by DNA metabarcoding
Using DNA metabarcoding of fecal samples, we investigated the diet of wild pigs at an extensive bottomland hardwood forest ecosystem within Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge in Southern Arkansas. We found that wild pig diet was highly diverse and included at least 74 plant families and 106 genera and 23 species of vertebrates.

Understanding Farmer Behaviour for Successful Climate Change Mitigation in Voluntary Initiatives
ABSTRACT Private and voluntary initiatives, such as voluntary carbon markets, can support public policies aimed at reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in agriculture. ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to discuss the micro‐ and macro‐outcomes for the standard neoclassical carbon tax (whose burden falls on the producers) versus the implication of a budget neutral, performance‐based EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) focusing on non‐CO2 emission (N2O and CH4, measured in CO2eq) reduction, especially in the ...
