Soft Electronic Switches and Adaptive Logic Gates Based on Nanostructured Gold Networks
Reconfigurable threshold logic gates and reversible switches are here demonstrated on a flexible and stretchable substrate, by exploiting the adaptability of the complex network composed of gold cluster‐assembled film embedded in the polymer matrix.

An optoelectronic memory device based on graphene (Gr)/WS2 nanoparticle composite ink printing is proposed, achieving a multilevel storage capacity. The storage current can be dynamically modulated through optoelectronic synergy, effectively mimicking human visual perception and recognition.

Understanding the Effects of Ta Doping in Sb2Te3 for High‐Performance Phase Change Memory
In this study, high‐performance phase‐change material Ta‐doped Sb2Te3 is fabricated using a sputtering process. Various characteristics of Sb2Te3 with various Ta compositions are analyzed and an optimized composition is fabricated. Also, the material, crystallography, and morphological characteristics when Ta is doped are analyzed in detail.
