Broadband Reflective Terahertz Quarter‐Wave Metasurface Enabled by Two‐Photon Polymerization 3D‐Printing

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research, Volume 7, Issue 6, June 2026.
A compact reflective terahertz quarter‐wave metasurface fabricated via 2PP‐3D printing method is experimentally demonstrated near 1 THz frequency. Broadband linear‐to‐circular polarization conversion is achieved over 0.75–1.30 THz (∼54% fractional bandwidth), with axial ratio below 3 dB and ellipticity approaching −1.

Crystal growth and characterization of Fe$_{1+δ}$Se$_{1-x}$Te$_x$ (0.5 $\leq$ $x$ $\leq$ 1) from LiCl/KCl flux

open access: yes
An eutectic LiCl/KCl flux method in a horizontal configuration has been used to grow a series of homogeneous Fe$_{1+δ}$Se$_{1-x}$Te$_x$ single crystals of high quality with 0.5 $\leq$ $x$ $\leq$ 1.

Magnetoplasmons excitations in graphene for filling factors $\nu \leq 6$

open access: yes, 2007
15 pages, 7 figuresInternational audienceIn the frame of the Hartree-Fock approximation, the dispersion of magnetoplasmons in Graphene is derived for all types of transitions for filling factors $\nu\leq 6$.

RAMS: Residual‐Based Adversarial‐Gradient Moving Sample Method for Scientific Machine Learning in Solving Partial Differential Equations

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, Volume 2, Issue 3, June 2026.
We propose a residual‐based adversarial‐gradient moving sample (RAMS) method for scientific machine learning that treats samples as trainable variables and updates them to maximize the physics residual, thereby effectively concentrating samples in inadequately learned regions.

Unraveling the 13C Hyperfine Structure of the 5‐Deazaflavin Radical in Solution Using Photo‐CIDNP Spectroscopy

open access: yesChemPhotoChem, Volume 10, Issue 6, June 2026.
The 13C hyperfine structure of the 5‐deazaflavin radical is elucidated by photo‐chemically induced dynamic nuclear polarization spectroscopy and compared to the flavin radical. Despite structural similarity to flavins, 5‐deazaflavins were long thought to act only as two‐electron transfer agents.

Investigating Lithium‐Ion Battery Electrode Drying Using Physics‐based Modeling

open access: yesEnergy Technology, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2026.
The drying of electrodes is one of the most energy‐intensive steps in lithium‐ion battery manufacturing and plays an important role in determining the final electrode microstructure and transport properties, including porosity, permeability, and tortuosity.
