MYC drives nelarabine resistance in T‐ALL via a hyperactive transcriptional program. Pharmacological degradation of BET proteins dismantles this addiction, restoring drug sensitivity and extending survival in vivo. ABSTRACT Acquired resistance represents a fundamental obstacle limiting the long‐term efficacy of cancer chemotherapy.

An immune dysfunction score (IDS) provides independent prognostic information in MDS and CMML, complements current risk models, mirrors disease changes, and reflects underlying immune impairment. IDS may also highlight therapeutic sensitivities, supporting its use as a practical biomarker for risk stratification and clinical follow‐up.

Mapping IgG epitopes of the major birch allergen Bet v 1 identified patient‐derived, hypoallergenic peptides that did not trigger degranulation. These findings support a novel, safer approach for peptide‐based allergen immunotherapy that leverages naturally induced IgG specificities from allergic individuals. ABSTRACT Background Allergen immunotherapy (

In the oxygen‐induced retinopathy (OIR) mouse model, two distinct microglial subpopulations play opposing roles: highly glycolytic microglia (HGM) promote neovascular formation via Pkm2, while Mrc1/CD206‐positive phagocytosis‐associated microglia (PAM) facilitate its regression.
