ZINC CONCENTRATION IN LEUKOCYTES : MONONUCLEAR CELLS, GRANULOCYTES, T-LYMPHOCYTES, NON-T LYMPHOCYTES AND MONOCYTES [PDF]
This study was designed to evaluate the zinc concentrations of leukocytes: monon- uclear cells, granulocytes, T and non-T lymphocytes and monocytes. The zinc content of leukocytes was 0.137 ±0.040 μg/10⁷ cells.

We bioengineered a new approach methodology of generating Germinal Center Organoids that self‐organize from human blood‐derived immune cells. These immune organoids reproduce key features of humoral immunity, IgG production, and plasmablast emergence.

Porcine kidney xenotransplantation: From primate models to clinical reality
In the face of a critical shortage of human donor kidneys for end‐stage renal disease patients, porcine kidney xenotransplantation has emerged as a viable solution. This field has navigated major hurdles, including immune rejection, physiological incompatibilities, potential biomechanical differences and the risk of cross‐species infection. To overcome

The endothelial cytoskeleton is a barrier for leukocyte transendothelial migration (TEM). Mononuclear and polymorphonuclear leukocytes generate gaps of similar micron-scale size when squeezing through inflamed endothelial barriers in vitro and in vivo ...
