Combined level-to-level and within-level overlay control

SPIE Proceedings, 2002
Conventional overlay control minimizes the registration error between aligned level pairs. Post alignment corrections are applied to the adjustable parameters on the exposure tool. These can be grouped into grid terms relating to stepper stage control and field terms related to mask, stage and lens control. To minimize alignment time and alignment mark

Leadership across levels: Levels of leaders and their levels of impact

The Leadership Quarterly, 2010
Abstract This article assesses 25 years of empirical leadership research in 11 top journals with the goal of understanding current practice and future needs for drawing solid conclusions about leadership at different hierarchical levels of the organization, as well as leadership’s effects on individuals, teams, units and organizations.

Logic-level mapping of high-level faults

Integration, 2005
Many high-level fault models have been proposed in the past to perform verification at functional level, however high-level automatic test pattern generators (ATPGs) are still in a prototyping phase, while very efficient logic-level ATPGs are available. On the other side, coverage metrics and functional fault models are used to guide the generation of ...

Levelling the levels [PDF]

open access: possible, 2009
What I want to do in this paper is focus on the way in which Deleuze might be said to 'level the levels' of the Kantian philosophy. The levels which Deleuze levels are found in the distinction between the transcendentally ideal and the empirically real. Just what is at stake in these terms?

Level by level equivalence and strong compactness

Mathematical Logic Quarterly, 2003
AbstractWe force and construct models in which there are non‐supercompact strongly compact cardinals which aren't measurable limits of strongly compact cardinals and in which level by level equivalence between strong compactness and supercompactness holds non‐trivially except at strongly compact cardinals.

An Easton theorem for level by level equivalence

MLQ, 2005
Summary: We establish an Easton theorem for the least supercompact cardinal that is consistent with the level by level equivalence between strong compactness and supercompactness. In both our ground model and the model witnessing the conclusions of our theorem, there are no restrictions on the structure of the class of supercompact cardinals.

Precisely controlling level by level behavior

Mathematical Logic Quarterly, 2017
We construct four models containing one supercompact cardinal in which level by level equivalence between strong compactness and supercompactness and level by level inequivalence between strong compactness and supercompactness are precisely controlled at each non‐supercompact measurable cardinal.
