HIERARCHICAL MOTION SYNTHESIS OF MAGNETICALLY LEVITATED TRAINS
The technique of hierarchic construction of magnetic levitated train motion is offered. Its advantages and expediency of three-leveled system regulator were grounded. The global algorithm of its work is constructed.

Study of the suspension control problem of magnetically levitated high-speed trains.
A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo estudar o problema de controle da suspensão de trens de alta velocidade levitados magneticamente, considerando aspectos pouco abordados na literatura, como a inclusão de suspensão secundária ativa, os efeitos da ...

Hydrodynamic structures of droplets in square micro-channels [PDF]
This paper reports on numerical simulations of the hydrodynamics inside droplets in rectangular micro-channels. We use a finite-volume/front-capturing method that allows us to perform two- and three-dimensional simulations with a reasonable cost.

Levitation Stability and Hopf Bifurcation of EMS Maglev Trains
This paper analyzed the mechanical characteristics of single electromagnet system and elastic track beam of EMS maglev train and established a five-dimensional dynamics model of single electromagnet-track beam coupled system with classical PD control strategy adopted for its levitation system.

Characteristics of vibration in magnetically levitated trains subjected to crosswind
An electromagnetic suspension system-type (EMS-type) magnetically levitated vehicle (Maglev) maintains the airgap between the guiderail and the electromagnet by controlling the electric current through the levitation controller and runs with the help of

Machine Learning Enables Inverse Design of Optically Driven Microscopic Metavehicles
Machine‐learning‐based inverse design is used optimize “metavehicles” — flat microparticles based on metagratings that generate a strong lateral optical force from normally incident light. The optimized design exhibits a force efficiency of ∼88% and a measured propulsion speed in water much higher than previously reported, demonstrating that inverse ...
