In this paper, I show how the development of Norsyg, an HPSG-inspired constructionalist grammar of Norwegian, benefits from the highly specific and precise implementation of NorGram, an LFG grammar for Norwegian. I focus on one aspect, NorGram’s fine-grained lexical categories.
