High‐Speed 3D Printing Coupled with Machine Learning to Accelerate Alloy Development for Additive Manufacturing

This work shows combining high‐throughput experiments of metal 3D printing with data science‐driven prediction leads to faster alloy development. Researchers develop steel alloy specimens specifically for 3D printing by adjusting aluminum content (0–10 wt.%) and energy input during printing.
