Economic Burden of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Low‐ and Middle‐Income Countries: Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective The aim of this systematic review was to synthesize the economic impact of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) on households, health systems, and society in low‐ and middle‐income countries (LMICs). Methods Electronic databases such as PubMed, Web of Science, and CINAHL were searched using keywords related to RA and cost of illness.

Revisiting Stability Criteria in Ball‐Milled High‐Entropy Alloys: Do Hume–Rothery and Thermodynamic Rules Equally Apply?

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, Volume 27, Issue 6, March 2025.
The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.

Cross Curvature Solitons of Lorentzian Three-Dimensional Lie Groups

open access: yesAxioms
In this paper, we study left-invariant cross curvature solitons on Lorentzian three-dimensional Lie groups and classify these solitons.

Sectional and Ricci Curvature for Three-Dimensional Lie Groups

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2016
Formulas for the Riemann and Ricci curvature tensors of an invariant metric on a Lie group are determined. The results are applied to a systematic study of the curvature properties of invariant metrics on three-dimensional Lie groups.

Characterization of Defect Distribution in an Additively Manufactured AlSi10Mg as a Function of Processing Parameters and Correlations with Extreme Value Statistics

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

Cyber-Physical System Information Collection: Robot Location Method Based on QR Code

open access: yesIEEE Access
In this paper, we propose a method to estimate the exact location of a camera in a cyber-physical system using the exact geographic coordinates of four feature points stored in QR codes (Quick response codes) and the pixel coordinates of four feature ...
