Generalized Kinematics Analysis of Hybrid Mechanisms Based on Screw Theory and Lie Groups Lie Algebras

open access: yesChinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering, 2021
Advanced mathematical tools are used to conduct research on the kinematics analysis of hybrid mechanisms, and the generalized analysis method and concise kinematics transfer matrix are obtained.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Twisted K-Theory of Lie Groups

open access: yes, 2003
I determine the twisted K-theory of all compact simply connected simple Lie groups. The computation reduces via the Freed-Hopkins-Teleman theorem to the CFT prescription, and thus explains why it gives the correct result. Finally I analyze the exceptions

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Linear Hamiltonian Vector Fields on Lie Groups

open access: yesMathematics
Linear vector fields on Lie groups constitute a fundamental class of dynamical systems, as their flows are one-parameter subgroups of automorphisms and their infinitesimal behavior is entirely determined by derivations of the Lie algebra.

Strictification of etale stacky Lie groups

open access: yes, 2010
We define stacky Lie groups to be group objects in the 2-category of differentiable stacks. We show that every connected and etale stacky Lie group is equivalent to a crossed module of the form (H,G) where H is the fundamental group of the given stacky ...

Early‐life high‐fat diet exposure increases Achilles tendon stiffness and induces transcriptomic alterations

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.

UiO‐66 metal–organic frameworks in biomedicine: From structural tunability to bioimaging, photodiagnostics, and photodynamic cancer therapy

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
UiO‐66(Zr) metal–organic frameworks are chemically stable, biocompatible, and highly tunable nanomaterials. Their modular structure enables controlled drug delivery, multimodal bioimaging, and light‐activated photodynamic therapy, supporting integrated diagnostic and therapeutic (theranostic) applications in cancer and biomedical research.

Quantum Field Tensor Model of Telecommunication Network Objects Interaction Based on Lie Groups

open access: yesProceedings of the International Conference on Applied Innovations in IT
This research explores the application of quantum physics methodologies to analyse digital flows within telecommunication networks. This study introduces a novel tensor model, grounded in the SU(2) Lie group, designed to simulate symmetric and asymmetric

Hilbert-Haar coordinates and Miranda's theorem in Lie groups

open access: yesBruno Pini Mathematical Analysis Seminar, 2020
We study the interior regularity of solutions to a class of quasilinear equations of non-degenerate p-Laplacian type on Lie groups that admit a system of Hilbert-Haar coordinates. These are coordinates with respect to which every linear function has zero
