Chuiyuan: A Large Language Model‐Driven AI Agent for Plant Factories‐Applications and Perspectives

open access: yesModern Agriculture, Volume 4, Issue 1, June 2026.
This graphical abstract illustrates the architecture of the developed Chuiyuan agent for AI‐driven plant factory management. The framework integrates an infrastructure layer based on large language models (LLMs), a core intelligent agent layer with planning, memory, and tool‐use capabilities, and a knowledge layer enabled by retrieval‐augmented ...

CHD4 Orchestrates Chromatin Remodeling to Activate the c‐Myc Signaling Pathway in Cancer Pathogenesis

open access: yesMedComm – Oncology, Volume 5, Issue 2, June 2026.
CHD4 plays an essential role as an epigenetic regulator in the pathogenesis of multiple myeloma. The chromatin remodeling protein initially resolves G‐quadruplex (G4) secondary structures within the c‐Myc promoter region, thereby enhancing chromatin accessibility and promoting transcriptional activation.

Reconfigurable Nanogap SERS for Multiscale Molecular Sensing on Curved Surfaces

open access: yesSmall, Volume 22, Issue 35, 23 June 2026.
Reconfigurable Au‐coated SMP nanocomposites enable adaptive SERS through reversible tuning of Au─Au nanogaps. Embedded AgNPs serve as photothermal triggers and reinforcements. Wide gaps facilitate macromolecule detection, while narrowed gaps enhance small‐molecule signals for reliable multiscale sensing on curved surfaces.

Drone‐Based Inspection of Wind Turbine Blades: A Comparative Study of Deep Learning Models

open access: yesWind Energy, Volume 29, Issue 6, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Maintaining wind turbine blades is a challenging task, often marked by high costs, safety risks, time inefficiency, and the possibility of incorrect diagnosis. A promising approach to support preventive maintenance involves the use of drones and deep learning for inspection and early fault detection.

The United States Magnetotelluric Array and the National Impedance Map

open access: yesReviews of Geophysics, Volume 64, Issue 2, June 2026.
Abstract The United States Magnetotelluric Array (USMTArray) data set, collected in the years 2006–2024, consists of more than 1,700 long‐period magnetotelluric stations covering the entirety of the contiguous United States on a quasi‐regular 70 km grid.

Multi‐Species Constraints Resolve Methane Source Versus Sink Changes: Lessons From 2020

open access: yesEarth's Future, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2026.
Abstract Satellite observations show that atmospheric methane (CH4) increased by a record‐breaking 19 ppb in 2020, but the causes are unclear because of uncertain impacts from COVID‐related pollutant shifts on hydroxyl (OH) radical concentrations. Here we employ an ensemble of constraints to simultaneously quantify methane sources and sinks for 2020 in
