Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. In this paper we develop an approach for obtaining the solutions to systems of linear retarded and neutral delay differential equations. Our analytical approach is based on the Laplace transform, inverse Laplace transform and the Cauchy residue theorem ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Suppression of Limit Cycles in Digital Filters [PDF]
The injection of randan dither to suppress limit cycle oscillations in second-order direct form digital filter sections is discussed. Three types of dither signal are used: uniformly distributed random dither, binary randan dither and bandstop dither ...

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Power Dynamics: Multiple Equilibria, Cyclical Fluctuations, and Local Stability in Intertemporal General Equilibrium Models [PDF]
Based on the theory of power proposed by John Galbraith, Bertrand Russell and other social scientists, this paper offers two positive intertemporal general equilibrium models to understand: i.) How do rational people decide their optimal consumption ...

Generalized Van der Pol equation and Hilbert's 16th problem
In this article, we study the bifurcation of limit cycles from the harmonic oscillator $\dot{x}=y$, $\dot{y}=-x$ in the system $$ \dot{x}=y,\quad \dot{y}=-x+\varepsilon f(y)\big(1-x^2\big), $$ where $\varepsilon$ is a small positive parameter ...
