Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from Gram-negative bacteria has been one of the most studied pathogen-associated molecular patterns triggering rapid inflammatory reactions. However, evidence shows that not all LPS molecules are proinflammatory (“bad”), and that

Producing MSCs on rigid culture substrates induces a scar‐making phenotype, jeapordizing therapeutic success. ‘Tissue‐soft’ surfaces prevent MSC fibrogenesis and preserve regenerative traits. An epigenetic network, driven by HOXA11 and SALL1, maintains ‘soft memory’ by keeping chromatin open in relaxed MSCs, promoting anti‐fibrotic programs.

Influence of radiation on endotoxin test using the PTS TM for 18-FDG radiopharmaceutical
F-18 FDG (2-[18-F] fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose) is the most frequently used radiopharmaceutical for PET and PET CT imaging exams. The FDA recently approved the use of the PTS TM (Portable Test System) as an alternative to the standard test proposed by the ...

Under colitis, Gsdmd mediates the release of IL‐33 from the epithelium of pregnant mice. IL‐33 can cross the placenta and enhance the proliferative capacity of neural stem cells, ultimately resulting in behavioral deficits in the offspring. Excessive pyroptosis in the colonic epithelium also triggers the translocation of LPS, which in turn increases ...

Effect of Zingiber officinale and propolis on microorganisms and endotoxins in root canals
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of glycolic propolis (PRO) and ginger (GIN) extracts, calcium hydroxide (CH), chlorhexidine (CLX) gel and their combinations as ICMs (ICMs) against Candida albicans, Enterococcus faecalis ...

Objective Here we investigate the status of the adiponectin–PEPITEM pathway in early, treatment naive rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and the therapeutic efficacy of PEPITEM administration in preclinical models. Methods Peripheral blood was isolated from patients with clinical suspect arthralgia and suspected inflammatory ...

This review explores how Fusobacterium nucleatum extracellular vesicles drive local oral diseases and distal pathologies via sophisticated cross‐compartment cross talk. It highlights the transformative potential of these “tiny carriers” as next‐generation molecular intermediaries for advanced health monitoring and innovative bio‐interventions by ...

A nano‐interception strategy disrupts pathogenic fibroblast–macrophage crosstalk in chronic heart failure. Scalable Prussian blue nanoparticles selectively sequester CCL2 via ultrahigh‐affinity binding, preventing CCR2+ macrophage recruitment and breaking a key fibro‐inflammatory circuit. This approach demonstrates robust efficacy in murine and porcine
