Linalool: a key contributor to the aroma nuances in hoppy beer, cocoa liquor, wines, and fermented tea beverage [PDF]
Linalool (3,7-dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3-ol) is an important monoterpene alcohol that contributes to the flowery and tea-like flavour of some liquid food products such as cocoa liquor, wines, juices, and fermented tea (black tea). In addition, linalool has

Phylogenetic history shapes the composition of floral scents in a specialized pollination mutualism
Summary Most studies of the chemical ecology of plant–pollinator interactions emphasize the role of pollinator‐mediated selection in shaping floral scent composition. Nevertheless, phylogeny may constrain the metabolic pathways underlying these profiles, thereby influencing the evolutionary trajectory of the emitted signals.

The first comparative analysis of Magnolia scents reveals that M. wufengensis is characterised by a high aldehyde content, exhibiting a fresh, sweet, and fruity fragrance profile. Furthermore, freeze‐drying preserves 6.7 times more 2‐nonenal compared to shade‐drying, highlighting its superior efficacy in retaining key volatile compounds.

Linalool Baskılı Polimer Sentezi
Spesifik tanıma özelliği bakımından molekül baskılama tekniği, üç boyutlu polimerik malzemelerinhazırlanmasında önemli bir araç haline gelmiştir. Üç boyutlu olarak çapraz bağlanmış polimerik malzemeler, kalıpmolekülünün bulunduğu ortamdaki fonksiyonel monomerlerin polimerizasyonu ile elde edilirler. Daha sonra, uygun sökme prosedürüyle kalıp molekülünün

The geranium essential oil (EO) nanoemulsion was incorporated into fucoidan‐whey protein film. Active fucoidan‐whey protein film showed higher mechanical, antioxidant, and water barrier properties. Fucoidan‐whey protein film loaded with geranium EO nanoemulsion exhibited antimicrobial and antifungal activities.
