Some procedures for solving special max-min fractional rank-two reverse-convex programming problems
In this paper we suggest some procedures for solving two special classes of \(\max\)-\(\min\) fractional reverse-convex programs. We show that a special bilinear fractional max-min reverse-convex program can be solved by a linear reverse-convex ...

Mass spectrometry based identification of AMP‐O‐Tris generated by Thermococcus onnurineus Cas10
Isolated Thermococcus onnurineus Cas10 generates the noncanonical ATP‐derived product AMP‐O‐Tris while in Tris‐containing buffer as identified via mass spectrometry, revealing relaxed nucleophile selectivity under isolated conditions. These findings suggest that multiprotein Csm complex assembly restricts Cas10 reactivity toward canonical cyclic ...

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Semi-infinite fractional programming
This book presents a smooth and unified transitional framework from generalised fractional programming, with a finite number of variables and a finite number of constraints, to semi-infinite fractional programming, where a number of variables are finite ...

Optimizing photoactivation of PA‐mCherry for optical pooled CRISPR screens
Photoactivatable PA‐mCherry finds widespread use to optically tag individual cells. However, confocal 405 nm UV laser‐scanning (normal scan) is much less efficient than widefield UV illumination, limiting the use of PA‐mCherry on confocal instruments. We remedy this limitation by reporting that rapid and repeated confocal scanning with a low‐intensity,

صياغة وحل نماذج البرمجة الكسرية الخطية باستخدام طريقة لاكرانج المطورة
In this paper Lagrange’s method was used to solve Fractional linear programming problems and then developed this method by using mathematical forms by which it can be possible to find the solution without using complex derivations.

Analyses of the solution to a linear fractional functionals programming
In this paper the effect of changing one constant of the Linear Fractional Functionals Programming problem has been discussed under the condition that the optimal basis for the original problem remains unaffected. In the changed form the optimal solution and new value of the objective functions are obtained.

Fuzzy Goal Programming: a linear-fractional Approach
We propose a fuzzy approach to the solution of a multiobjective mathematical programming problem with fuzzy coefficients. We show that adding some not restrictive hypotheses transforms the problem into a linear parametric fractional programming one, wich

Acute caffeine treatment protects the developing retina from ischemia‐induced cell death
Caffeine reduces cell death in the developing retina under ischemia (OGD). This effect does not involve BDNF upregulation or antioxidant pathways (NRF2/VEGF). Neuroprotection occurs mainly through adenosine A2A receptor antagonism, decreasing glutamate release and excitotoxicity, highlighting caffeine's potential as an acute neuroprotective agent in ...
