Linear porokeratosis of Mibelli.
Archives of dermatology, 1972 We have seen two cases of linear porokeratosis. Observations have been made on different forms of therapy and possible pathogenesis. Linear porokeratosis of Mibelli would seem to be best explained on the basis of an abnormal clone of cells carrying the "porokeratosis trait" distributed along a dermatome area early in embryogenesis.
