Droplet Size Distribution (DSD) and linear viscoelastic properties of concentrated o/w emulsions stabilized by different proteins (crayfish, gluten and soybean) have been studied. A typical behaviour of highly concentrated emulsions with a high degree of

Additive Manufacturing of Alumina‐Reinforced Elastomers
Vat‐photopolymerized elastomers reinforced with platelet‐shaped alumina exhibited preferential orientation, reduced porosity, and significantly enhanced mechanical performance. A 3 wt% platelet loading increased tensile strength from 12.4 to 45.7 MPa, highlighting the critical role of filler morphology in elastomeric VPP composites.

Stability and free energies in linear visco-elasticity
Dedicated to the memory of Gaetano FicheraIn this paper we show that several free energies can be related to a material with fading memory with different domains of definition and topologies.

On the Passage from Nonlinear to Linearized Viscoelasticity [PDF]
We formulate a quasistatic nonlinear model for nonsimple viscoelastic materials at a finite-strain setting in the Kelvin's-Voigt's rheology where the viscosity stress tensor complies with the principle of time-continuous frame-indifference. We identify weak solutions in the nonlinear framework as limits of time-incremental problems for vanishing time ...

This study explores the discrepancies between bulk mechanics and spatial mapping in a tissue‐mimetic hydrogel model. Microplastic particles create localized stiff mechanical microenvironments that are detectable by cellular‐scale nanoindentation but leave bulk properties unchanged as measured by rheology.

Stretching the Printability Metric in Direct‐Ink Writing with Highly Extensible Yield‐Stress Fluids
This study introduces “drawability” as a new metric for assessing printability in direct‐ink writing, focusing on gap‐spanning performance and speed robustness. By designing yield‐stress fluids with high extensibility, we demonstrate that extensional strain‐to‐break significantly enhances printability.

Some Methods of Solving Problems of Non-Linear Thermo-Viscoelasticity
The formulation of the problems of non-linear thermo-viscoelasticity, including also coupled problems is given. For that purpose application of thermodynamics of irreversible processes to the visco-elastic media is analysed.
