萌发和炒制温度对牡丹籽油理化性质、脂质伴随物和抗氧化能力的影响Effects of germination and roasting temperatures on physicochemical properties, lipid concomitants and antioxidant capacity of peony seed oil

旨在为牡丹籽油精准适度加工提供参考，将萌发15 d的牡丹籽在120~200 ℃下炒制20 min后榨油，分析炒制温度对牡丹籽出油率及其油脂理化性质、脂质伴随物以及抗氧化能力的影响，并与未萌发牡丹籽进行对比。结果表明：萌发提高了牡丹籽的出油率，且在炒制温度140~160 ℃下具有较高的出油率（22.76%~22.81%）；萌发降低了牡丹籽油的酸值和过氧化值，但使其色泽加深；萌发前后牡丹籽油的脂肪酸组成无变化，不饱和脂肪酸含量随炒制温度的升高而降低；萌发后牡丹籽油的生育酚、植物甾醇、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、总酚、

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.
