Lysyl Oxidase Reduces Neutrophil Extravasation in Response to P. aeruginosa in an Infection‐on‐a‐Chip Model

Lysyl oxidase crosslinking of type I collagen decreases neutrophil extravasation through an endothelium during the initial response to P. aeruginosa. This decrease in extravasation is likely due to the increase in VE‐cadherin expression between endothelial cells seeded on LOX‐crosslinked collagen hydrogels.

Biomimetic Nanoparticle Delivering Colchicine to Target Endothelial Inflammation for Atherosclerosis Treatment

Platelet membrane‐coated layered double hydroxide nanoparticles were engineered to target inflamed endothelium at early‐stage atherosclerosis and enhance therapeutic efficacy. Comparison of Receptor‐Mediated Endocytosis and Its Application to Enhance DNA Transfection by TFAMoplex

We developed an assay to distinguish cellular binding from internalization. Compatible with microscopy and high‐throughput screening, the method identifies ligand‐mediated uptake. Applying top candidates to a protein‐based DNA carrier enhanced transfection efficiency, providing a rational strategy to improve non‐viral gene delivery systems.
