Unveiling the Taxonomic Diversity and Unprecedented Biosynthetic Treasure of the Phylum Myxococcota

Natural products remain vital sources of therapeutics, and the phylum Myxococcota constitutes an especially rich reservoir for them. Based on decades of microbiological efforts, we present 154 new Myxococcota genomes and revise taxonomy quadrupling the number of families and genera.

Heat‐Suppressing Projection Two‐Photon Lithography Enables High‐Throughput Sub‐Micrometer Manufacturing of Biopolymer Hydrogels for Tissue Engineering

The iLEAP technique integrates high‐throughput two‐photon lithography with extrusion printing, bridging sub‐micrometer precision and macroscopic scaffold fabrication. By employing a low‐exothermic photoinitiator, it mitigates thermal damage to biopolymers and preserves bioactivity.

TIPE1m NPs nanoparticles restore TIPE1 expression, promote RAB7A ubiquitination and degradation, suppress autophagic flux, and resensitize paclitaxel‐resistant triple‐negative breast cancer to therapy. Trace Li Pre‐Doping of Activated Carbon Cathode Enabling Accelerated Li‐Ion Transport for High‐Power Lithium‐Ion Capacitors

Trace‐level Li pre‐doping on activated carbon cathodes is demonstrated to significantly enhance Li‐ion transport and high‐rate performance in lithium‐ion capacitors. An ultrathin Li2CO3 interfacial layer, formed through controlled thermal conversion, facilitates rapid ion transport without pore blockage.
