Thymosin Alpha‐1 Provides Direct Neuroprotection by Engaging the Orexin Receptor HCRTR1 to Suppress Neuronal Necroptosis

In this study, we unveil a thymus‐brain endocrine axis wherein Tα1 engages HCRTR1 to inhibit RIPK3‐mediated necroptosis. This study nominates the Tal‐HCRTR1‐RIPK3 axis as a potent and clinically translatable therapeutic target for stroke and neurodegeneration.

In organic vegetable production, foliar fertilizer is often applied in conjunction with soil amended fertilizer to provide sufficient nutrients for the plant growth and development. Electron Bridge Enhanced Charge Polarization Enables Efficient and Ultra‐Long Stable Urea Electrosynthesis

An electron bridge strategy is developed to regulate charge polarization in Pd1 and Ni1 dual single‐atom sites, promoting CO2 reduction, nitrate reduction, and C–N coupling simultaneously. The resulting catalyst achieves efficient urea electrosynthesis with high activity and record durability over 1700 h.
